Press Release Dan Law Recognized as Honoree on Observer’s Business of Art Power List

Dan Law, associate director of The Andy Warhol Museum, has been recognized as an honoree for his direction of The Pop District on Observer’s Business of Art Power List, ranking the top leaders and innovators in art.
Observer Power Lists are among the most coveted and sought-after recognitions across industries. Observer’s Business of Art Power List honors the visionaries who wield outsized influence on art’s present and its future.
“I’m proud to be named to the list alongside a diverse group of stellar professionals from around the world,” said Law. “This honor is a testament to The Andy Warhol Museum’s long-standing commitment to challenging conventions and embracing new and exciting innovation.”
The Warhol receives state arts funding support through a grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency; and The Heinz Endowments. Further support is provided by the Allegheny Regional Asset District.
The Andy Warhol Museum
Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the place of Andy Warhol’s birth, The Andy Warhol Museum holds the largest collection of Warhol’s artworks and archival materials and is one of the most comprehensive single-artist museums in the world. The Warhol is one of the four Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh.
